We help our small and micro-businesses grow and thrive by providing technical assistance and business support. This includes connecting businesses to programs that provide help with business planning, customer acquisition, inventory systems, marketing, English language learning for business owners, and more.

Improving the landscape
We work to create physical improvements to the business district (East Boston’s ‘squares’) that makes the area welcoming to businesses, residents, and visitors. This includes storefront renovations to improve the look of businesses, as well as streetscape improvements like wayfinding, tree pits, and public art.

We promote the East Boston neighborhood via relationship and community building among businesses, residents, and visitors. Examples include our signature events: Taste of Eastie, Eastie Week, Eastie Shines, Countdown to Kindergarten, and Beautify Main Streets.
